David brings 25+ years at the executive level across dental and medical devices. As Chief Growth Officer and Founding Partner at Independence Dental Services, he helped build a DSO from the ground up — evaluating practices, structuring acquisitions, and building relationships with owners across the Southeast. Before Independence, David served as President of ClearChoice's East Division and SVP of Global Sales at Straumann/Neodent. Based in Nashville, TN.
Eric Thomas
Eric comes from corporate development — the team inside a DSO that evaluates, underwrites, and acquires practices. He's reviewed over 200 deals from the buyer's seat: normalizing EBITDA, running quality of earnings analyses, and identifying where value is created or missed. That perspective is now applied in reverse — helping owners prepare. Eric handles all financial analysis, valuation, technology, and infrastructure. Based in Atlanta, GA.
